工作职责:
1. Compliance training and communication, establishment of compliance culture
1) Training: provide support in developing compliance training plans in China, including mandatory compliance trainings.
2) Customized training: Provide customized compliance training to specific platforms in China based on risks and business scenarios of various platforms, and continuously update training materials in line with global policies and regulatory requirements.
3) Training completion tracking and reporting.
4) Communications and periodic reminders.
2. Personal conflict of interest management
1) Lead the implementation of personal conflict of interest management program in China, establish the review process for personal conflict of interest.
2) Roll out the annual disclosure program of conflict of interest to all employees in China.
3) Periodically issue communications and reminders to employees, review reported personal conflicts of interest, provide advice to employees, and report material personal conflicts of interest to the Global Conflict Committee.
3. Other supporting and administrative tasks
1) Supporting the Anti-bribery and corruption program, provide guidance and advice to business teams ,and review the gift applications from various platforms.
2) Assist in maintaining AML/KYC records for fund investors, update the investor database, review the alerts on a daily basis and monitor if there are any trigger events.
任职资格:
1、7-10 years’ experience in compliance, prefer within asset management industry;
2、Familiar with private equity, compliance, AML laws, regulations, and requirements in asset management/private equity industry
3、Understand the PRC and offshore fund regulations
4、Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills
5、Have good Chinese and English writing skills;
6、good at PowerPoint related software skills
7、have experience in compliance or big 4 experience preferred.
